Why we believe Seahull boats are the best small boat for commercial use,

After living in a small rural town of Waiuku and taking every spare moment between work and play to go fishing we had the pleasure to try and ride alsorts of boats in the market at that timeafter starting to make alsorts of boats in aluminium i decided to revisit and follow my dream to have my own nice small boat i looked at every boat on the market, I  always was pationate about how they were built and studied the industry hard for what was available and popular and what were our options, after making them in aluminium looked so great and then had to see them then drive out the gate I was always left with nothing except a photo and decided there must be a much better way to mass produce them,

The reason i chose Plastic,

the main reason is the robustness, you see Plastic Bouys that have been smashed on the rocks for weeks and still unholed just grases, the other reason they are like being on a Thermal Blanket as they absorb the suns rays and become warm which is great for those chilly winds,

Another great thing is there is no joins under the water, no rivets and they are double skin so theres air cavity trapped inside around 1 tonne of reserve boyancy if sealed, also for around $300 can add expanding foam into it to make it 100% unsinkable,

Why I chose this small size of 12ft, its the Mean of Boating in my opinion and Scores well for comparisons..
Economical to make and easy to handle and cheap to make and buy, but still big enough to handle a real sea with a family, Enough space to park a Quad bike, enough boyancy for up to a tonne,

Problems with aluminium as a hull
the cracking is the main problem, Corrosion,  Rots with disimilar materials next to it, cold to touch,

Fiberglass is Interesting material and after researching it have found its actually cheaper than Plastic at a KG rate, im interested to make parts for above deck from it and also possibly replicate the hull i have in Fiberglass as its easier to have more moulds and easy to get started around the world locally supplied boats, also the people are very familiar with this material incase of modification or repairing,

I plan to start making Centre Consoles in Thailand first thing in the new year for a start, these will be to supply locally and out of Thailand, to Australia ect,

Negotiating with a Family partner there about starting to make the boats there in the near future to supply around asia,

Please come back or let me know if you are interested to start something, also i will be discussing more about the Processes of making my Boats and are looking for partners to get involved and work for a winwin situation,
Many more products and ideas we have in development,
